A very secure hotel complex consisting of two hotels here at the Mare Nostrum Resort. The Cleopatra is much smaller and quieter and a short walk through the hotel to the Mediterranean Palace pool for a much larger and more family orientated experience with various things to enjoy throughout the day with the animation team. Take in walks along Playa Vista and into Los Cristianos or there are designer outlets and bars on the doorstep. It's around a 15 minute walk down to Veronicas Strip from here for a wilder night out here in Tenerife.

Arriving at here at Tenerife you will probably enjoy dining next to the pools here at H10 Costa Adeje Palace. The evening entertainment always seems well received and you will certainly never struggle to hear even if you're at the back! All rooms seem very spacious and if you select a balcony you'll be impressed with how large they are. Everywhere is spotless with all of the staff being very efficient and always polite. Lots of nice walking around here going out of Adeje and you are just 10 minutes walk from the main shopping area too.

Another great destination at Playa Blanca in Lanzarote where you won't get the daily run to reserve sun loungers because there are so many! This is a huge complex and an enjoyable daily walk around, can be had, to get the layout in perspective. Timanfaya Palace has the usual "themed" nights such as Mexican and Chinese with a larger than average choice of wines and drinks especially if you choose the privilege option with your own privilege lounge and branded drinks too. So nice, you'll probably not even want to wander off the complex to the older Playa Blanca town.

Spain - Canary Islands - Puerto Del Carmen

Puerto Del Carmen is a wonderful destination with the choice of seven beaches up and down this area. Here we are at the main beach with the easily accessible Suite hotel Fariones Playa just behind us. What is often overlooked is the fantastic historic town of Tías which is just a few kilometers North and has fascinating history with settlements dating back to 1493. Great hotels, beach, history and a few minutes from Lanzarote airport - ticks all my boxes!
